Unita Crooked Line Oak Jacked Imperial Pumpkin

Unitas Oak Jacked Pumplim10.3% ABV. Pumpkin Ale from Unita Brewing Company in NY. Pours clear reddish amber with a medium orange-tan head that slowly dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma has that telltale pumpkin ale note, with allspice, cinnamon, bit of clove. Flavor is the same, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, notes of wood. Body is medium, carbonation is medium. Light astringency in the mouth, but that fades after a few minutes of sitting. Well balanced, not overpowering in the spice notes like so many pumpkin ales. ABV very well masked.
