Cigar City Nielsbohrium

10% ABV. Imperial Stout from Cigar City Brewing in Tampa, Florida. I acquired this through purchase as I was curious to try out this blend of Dirac and Bohr Imperial Sweet Stouts with Raisins, aged in Rum barrels, which was a collaboration effort with Mikkeller. Poured from 750ml 2011 bomber into tulip glass. Pours black with a brown head that lasts well throughout. Heavy roasted malty aroma, chocolate, rum, caramel, vanilla, and of course, raisins. Sweet malty taste, lots of chocolate, rum, raisins, and some wood. Very nice and prolonged aftertaste. Bitter and roasty finish. Overall, an interesting beer, but one I will probably not seek out again.
